Segment 4 - Beginning just south of the intersection at Bangerter Highway and ending at the south end of Bluffdale proper. To accommodate roadway widening UDOT purchased five properties, including houses and buildings, which will be razed in preparation for future widening. This demolition will continue into the coming week in the Bluffdale area. The demolition work will be handled by professionals certified in residential demolition and removal.
Crews will be installing storm drain between 15200 S. and 15400 S. The project is committed to maintaining access to residential driveways, so any interruption in access will be brief in duration. Bluffdale City will continue their waterline work this week. Crews will be working north of Rock Hollow on the east side of the roadway and moving north.
Segment 3 - Beginning south of Bluffdale and ending just south of Camp Williams.
Crews will be working in this area on the storm drain this week.
Segment 2 – Beginning south of Camp Williams and ending just south of the intersection at SR-73 in Saratoga Springs. Construction crews are scheduled to continue laying asphalt in the area around 2100 N. on the east side of the road. This work is scheduled to begin on Friday and continue through early next week. The asphalt work throughout the project is dependent on oil supplies, which are currently limited within the region.
Segment 1 – Beginning south of the intersection at SR-73 and ending at 400 S. in Saratoga Springs. Clearing and excavation work will continue in the areas south of SR-73 this week.

General Project Information
Three wildlife undercrossings are being installed as a safety measure under the new roadway. Concrete work will continue this week at the undercrossing site south of Camp Williams and at the site located on the southern end of Bluffdale. Lanes are shifted and narrow in these areas.
Passing is prohibited in all areas of the work zone. Excavation activities continue in areas where appropriate in preparation for laying roadbase.Activities such as biking and jogging are strongly discouraged in the project area due to the narrow lanes.
