City Welcomes Judge

The City of Saratoga Springs is pleased to welcome the new Court Judge Keith L. Stoney. Keith is presently a Justice Court Judge for West Valley City. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication and a Juris Doctroate. In 1983, under his direction, West Valley City established the first coordinated domestic violence program in the State of Utah. His Program and City ordinances were so successful that the state of Utah modeled the program in its first domestic violence legislation in 1990. Judge Stoney has served as a former police officer, a certified court mediator, an erstwhile defense attorney, and a chief prosecutor. He has taught speech, debate and communication courses at Brigham Young University and criminal law at the J. Reuben Clark School of Law. The City is excited to have him here.


Welcome Newly Sworn in Officials

On January 8, 2008 the City of Saratoga Springs welcomed its newest council members Brent Call, Bud Poduska, and Mia Love. Each member was requuired to take an oath of office. We appreciate their willingness to serve their citizens and look forward to working with them in the future. Welcome.
