Mayor Timothy L. Parker
Mayor Parker was first elected in 1999. He was born in Provo and grew up in Ames, Iowa and Bountiful, Utah. He is married to Ellen Hearn and has two children, Madeleine and Benjamin. Mayor Parker works for ITT Technical Institute as a multi media instructor.
Mayor Parker enjoys living in Saratoga Springs because it is a rapidly growing and evolving community, which presents many opportunities for creative problem solving. He enjoys the enthusiasm of the residents for their community.
Mayor Parker decided to run for Mayor out of a desire to get involved in the growth of the community. His goal for the City is that his children will remember it as a wonderful place to grow up.
