Q. Who is responsible for weekly trash pick-ups?
A. B.F.I. has been contracted by the City of Saratoga Springs to supply trash cans to residents and to make weekly pick-ups.
Q. When is trash day?
A. The weekly regular garbage pickup day will be on Thursday's. Recycling pickup will remain on Fridays. The times may vary when they show up during the day, so it is best to have your cans out by 7:00 am on pickup days.
Q. If my trash was not picked up whom can I call? If my trash can is damaged who can I call?
A. Please contact B.F.I. at 785-5935.
Q. How much is pick up for 1 trash can?
A. The monthly service fee is $11.45 for the first can and $6.37 for each additional can. In addition, for $5.18 more B.F.I. will provide a blue can for recyclables which will be picked up on Friday.
