Education Opportunities
The Saratoga Springs Fire Department is committed to community education. Every year the fire department is actively engaged in educating residents of all ages in fire safety, fire prevention, CPR and first aid. Firefighters visit community preschools and elementary schools throughout the year teaching classes, conducting fire drills and educating students on fire safety.
Station tours and educational opportunities
The Saratoga Springs Fire Department offers station tours and presentations for preschools, scout groups etc.

Reading with a Firefighter
During the summer months watch for information on “Reading with a firefighter”.
This program gives children an opportunity to visit the fire station, interact with firefighters through books and activities and learn about fire safety.
CPR classes
CPR classes are held by the fire department on a monthly basis or classes can be scheduled by calling 801-372-1313.
