The goal of the civic events program is to provide educational and recreational activities for all residents while uniting citizens and families.

Miss Saratoga Springs Scholarship Pageant

The Miss Saratoga Springs Scholarship Pageant will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Westlake High School. We have a wonderful group of young ladies trying out this year. This will be the first time there has been a pageant in about 7 years. We encourage the public to come out and support these young ladies as they compete for scholarship money. This will be a great night of entertainment and fun for the whole family. Tickets are $5.00 in advance or $7.00 at the door. You can purchase tickets from the contestants, at the city offices or online on the city website under Civic Events Registration.

Community Cookbook

The Civic events committee is putting together a Community Cookbook to help raise money for Civic Events.

To submit a recipe, go to www.typensave.com Contributor will be the persons name submitting recipes, Group Login is sscivicevents and Password is cookbook. We are looking to collect 500 recipes and they will be ready to be purchased at Splash in June and all proceeds will go towards future civic events. Recipes will be collected through the end of February.

Volunteer Opportunities

Join a great team dedicated to bringing great events to the citizens of Saratoga Springs. We need volunteers for the Easter Egg Hunt, baby contest, parade, 5K race, the upcoming concerts and more.
