The City has adopted the International Building Code and the associated building permit charges that are contained in that code. The water and sewer connections are negotiable depending upon the size of services requested in the case of non-residential developments. Impact fees also apply to non-residential developments and are calculated based upon Equivalent Residential Units (ERU) depending upon the size and relative impacts of commercial, office or other non-residential projects. Additional development fee information is available at the City Offices.
